Sarah Keena

I am an Integrative & Holistic Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and a Shamanic Practitioner. 
I believe we must nourish and heal our mind, body and spirit to be truly healthy & happy.
I am passionate about helping women heal and make changes in their lives, in a healthy, supportive and safe way.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where women feel safe to remove their emotional masks and show their imperfect, authentic selves.
I help women to recognise their own strengths and heal the trauma that has been holding them back. Gentle self-exploration and prioritising the relationship with self are key aspects of my way of working.

​My background is in healthcare, providing care and support to vulnerable adults professionally since 2012.
My way of working is both holistic and integrative which means ​I am trained to draw from different theoretical frame works and adapt a personalised healing environment, specific to each clients needs.

• Treating each client and their circumstances as unique, requiring different skills and interventions to create the best outcome.

My core values are rooted in person centred counselling, reality therapy, choice theory & logotherapy.
Hypnotherapy lends a unique insight into healing as it provides a direct line to the subconscious, which often bypasses the resistance we encounter with other talking therapies. I also provide Reiki as well other energetic and spiritual services.
