I been practising Reiki healing in Usui, Seichem, and Tibetan systems since 2013, receiving my Master level certification in 2017.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of energy healing which was developed in japan in 1800's.It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Utilising the power of our mind - body connection, which demonstrates how we cannot have total wellness in one area of ourselves when their is discord in another. Many studies show the detrimental effects that mental and emotional stress can have on the body, as well as how different emotions are embodied physically; from tension headaches, to anxiety driven diarrhoea.
Self-exploration and prioritising the relationship with self are key aspects to my way of working. Supporting a compassionate curiosity into understanding personal thought and behaviour patterns, in a bid to resolve unhelpful coping mechanisms caused by unresolved trauma.
There have been many studies into the efficiency in reducing pain, anxiety, stress and fatigue while increasing our resilience and the body's ability to heal itself.
Crystals & Cards
Crystal healing is an alternative healing where crystals are used to cure ailments and protect against disease. Crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body. as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.
A crystal grid is a specific set of crystals, arranged in a certain way, to help focus their energies for a specific intention. This magnifies the energetic properties of the crystals and helps them to work together in a synergy.
The healing benefits of crystals can be used singularly, as well adding them to other healing modalities.
As a Reiki master I am trained to attune crystals to different vibrations and energies.
Card readings are a way to connect with gain insight from your higher self, higher power or guides. Tarot cards come as a traditionally structured deck whereas Oracle cards are really free-flowing – and they can feature almost any kind of content.
